By enrolling in the Sugarist Certification Program offered by Sugar That Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any applicable laws and regulations. If you do not accept or agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from participating in the program. The content provided through this training is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used beyond the scope granted by this agreement.

Use License
Enrollment grants you lifetime access to the Sugarist Certification materials for as long as the program remains available online. This access is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. Under this license, you may not copy, reproduce, share, resell, or modify any portion of the content without written permission. This license does not transfer ownership of the materials and may be revoked at any time should you breach these terms. Upon termination of your access or completion of the course, you must cease use of the materials and delete any stored copies.

Disclaimer
All course materials are provided “as is.” Sugar That Studio makes no guarantees, either expressed or implied, regarding the outcomes of the training. While the course provides instruction and support, it is solely the responsibility of the student to engage with the content and practice the techniques. We do not guarantee that students will learn or master sugaring, nor are we liable for any dissatisfaction with the results due to lack of personal effort or understanding. We expressly disclaim all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Constraints
Sugar That Studio shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the training materials, including but not limited to loss of income, personal injury, or business interruption. We also assume no responsibility for any adverse effects or allergic reactions caused by sugaring products used during or after training. It is the student’s responsibility to check all ingredients, perform appropriate patch testing, and ensure they are using products safely. Participation in the course is at your own risk.

Refund Policy
Refunds are only granted if a written cancellation request is received no later than two (2) full business days before the scheduled start of training. Requests must be submitted by email to [email protected] and must include the student’s full name and scheduled training date. Refunds will not be processed for cancellations received after this window, for non-attendance, or for dissatisfaction after the course has begun.

Modifications and Term Updates
Sugar That Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued access or participation in the program constitutes your agreement to the most current version of these terms.

Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
